The Planning Service works on behalf of local
people to protect, enhance and develop the environment, for now and
for the future. We balance the views of neighbours, residents and
amenity groups, local businesses, and
parish and town councils. Our services cover
most aspects of planning in the area, from building an extension on
a house to major housing or industrial developments.
