Time is fast running out for you to make your views known
on how you would like to see open spaces in Tendring
improved.
Tendring District Council (TDC) is currently consulting with
people over the way forward.
It has been seeking community feedback on its draft Open Spaces
Strategy over the past month.
The strategy was drawn up by environmental consultants, The
Landscape Partnership in association with Ploszajski Lynch
Consulting Ltd.
The period of consultation ends on June 14 so there is still
time to have your say on the issue but you need to hurry if you
want your ideas to count.
If you are interested in taking part in this important
initiative please go to our Tendring Draft Open Space Strategy
Consultation page, where you will find all the information you
need.
You can either complete a questionnaire online or download one
and return it to TDC by post. Alternatively, you can visit the
Council's Weeley offices, Clacton Town Hall and all local libraries
where printed copies of the draft are available.
If you have any queries about the strategy itself contact
Catherine Bailey at the Landscape Partnership on 01394 380509, or
Tricia Martin at TDC on 01255 686153.
