Popular quizmaster Adrian Robinson will be taking the helm
for a night of brain teasers to raise money for Tendring District
Council's Chairman's Charity Fund.
The event is being staged at the Princes Theatre on Friday April
4, 2008, kicking off at 8pm. There is the chance to win a trophy
and prizes for the winning team.
TDC Chairman Peter Balbirnie said: "Adrian is the premier
quizmaster in this area and I am sure he will come up with a real
challenge for all those taking part.
"It is also aimed at being a fun night and I hope people will
come along and support the event." Cllr Balbirnie's charities are
Shopmobility, The West Cliff Theatre Trust, The Princes Youth
Theatre Company and playgroups in Weeley and Little Clacton.
The cost of entering the quiz is £3 per person with a maximum of
six people in a team. There will be a licensed bar and a raffle on
the night. Doors open at 7.30pm. Anyone interested in entering a
