Rob Knights is on the right road to becoming super fit.

Last month the 29-year-old signed up as a Lifestyles Plus Member at the Lifestyles Fitness Suite at Tendring District Council's Clacton Leisure Centre.

And now he has won a superb mountain bike which means that he will be able to improve his fitness - and can even cycle to the gym.

The bike was up for grabs as part of a two-week promotion to anyone who referred a friend to Lifestyles, or was referred themselves, over a set period - which included TDC's Walk to Work Week.

Rob, of Holland-on-Sea, was successfully picked out of the hat and went along to collect his new bike from staff.
