Welcome
to Management Board
The Management Board
consists of John Hawkins, Roy Coulter and Roger Stewart.
The Board provides
strategic management and leadership across all of the Council's
services, provides management advice and support to the Leader and
Cabinet and promotes strategic level partnership working with other
organisations.
Each week the Board members
meet with a number of Heads of Service to consider significant
management issues for the Council. These include:

agreement of reports to
Cabinet or major reports to Portfolio Holders or
Committees:

service improvement
issues - progress reports:

a monthly review of
progress against targets across all services and the results of
'Reality Checks' on services:

a review of the progress
on the major projects being managed via the Improvement and
Achievement Team:

weekly progress on issues
relating to the Financial Strategy:
- progress relating to major external partnerships such as the
Local Strategic Partnership, the Haven Gateway Partnership, the
Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership and Public Service
