The Council is again undertaking a comprehensive and interactive budget consultation ('YOU CHOOSE') which can be found here. This consultation is open for anyone to respond to rather than any specific group or organisations.

Although we hope that as many people or organisations have taken the opportunity to provide feedback to the Council via the budget consultation mentioned above, there remains a statutory responsibility to consult with Non Domestic ratepayers and to meet this responsibility the Council has set out in Business Rates Consultation Financial Details the relevant information in respect of the Council's 2012/13 budget.

If you have any questions or wish to provide comments in response to the Council's proposed budget for 2012/13, which is set out below, then please either email them to financial.services@tendringdc.gov.uk or send to BUDGET CONSULTATION, Financial Services, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton-on-sea, Essex, CO15 1SE.

All responses and feedback received will be made available to Members when they consider the Council's Budget for 2012/13. The Council's budget will be formally considered by Council on 7 February 2012.
