The Council retains the freehold ownership of two flood parks at the Gorse Lane Industrial
Estate.

The tanks form an integral part of the surface water sewer system which is the responsibility of Anglian Water.

Anglian water have proposed the transfer of the sites to them and to link the two with an additional length of sewer.
