What do you
think about the quality of our services?
As our customer,
you are the best person to tell us what we can do better or simply
differently.
In 2004 we set up
our Customer Focus Group, made up of volunteers from across the
district, who meet with us a couple of times a year to provide
feedback on how well we are performing and to comment on specific
areas of our services. Members of this group also carry out regular
reality checks that test our services from a customer's
viewpoint.
We are now
looking to recruit some new members for this group who will have
the opportunity to comment on the following topics in the coming
