Crime & Anti Social Behaviour Survey
During 2007, Housing Services carried out its second Crime &
Anti Social Behaviour Survey. The purpose of this survey was to
find out about both the incidence and fear of crime and anti social
behaviour amongst Council tenants in the Tendring district.

Best Value General Survey
The report below summarises the results of the Tendring District
Council's Best Value General Survey, conducted amongst 1,288 local
residents, via a self-completion postal survey carried out between
September and November 2006.

During 2006, we carried out the third survey of all our council
tenants to find out how satisfied they were with the service we
provide. We are required by the Government to carry out this survey
on a regular basis and have to provide them with details of the
results we get so that our performance can be compared over time
and with other authorities.
