Connexions
- Connexions Centres/One Stop Shops closed on the 31 July
2011.
- Connexions Personal Advisers will no longer be available in
schools and colleges to provide careers advice and guidance from 31
July 2011.
- As of 1 August 2011 a small service will be provided by Essex
County Council; further details will be issued soon about this
service.
- Support for young people with additional needs will continue
through the Essex County Council Transition Pathway Service.
- A targeted youth service is currently being designed to provide
further support to young people.
- The Government is introducing the National Careers Service in
April 2012, which will change the way information, advice and
guidance will be delivered.
- Your personal data is currently held by Essex County Council
and will continue to be used in the same way. If this changes you
will be informed.
