Memorials

Inside the crematorium

The early days and months following bereavement can be a particularly difficult and stressful time and for many a memorial is very important when trying to come to terms with the loss of someone much loved.

An entry in the Book of Remembrance is a beautiful and popular memorial and an inscribed entry is in the Book indefinitely. The Book of Remembrance in four Volumes, housed in the Room of Remembrance, contains leaves of handmade paper, bound in natural vellum. Highly skilled artists inscribe the entries. The minimum entry is two lines, consisting of the name on the first line with, for example, date of birth to date of death on the second line. For an extra cost, extra lines can be added together with a floral emblem, badge, crest or other motif. Where flowers are to be incorporated, please state variety and colour on the order form. Please contact the Crematorium for prices.

Please contact us to receive information on the varying range of memorials available within the grounds at the Crematorium.
