renewed? |

The government abolished 'benefit
periods' for all claimants from April 2004. This means a benefit
claim will run continuously until a change of circumstance
occurs.
However the Council is still required to
review the benefit you have been granted - this may be via post,
telephone or by a visit from one of our
officers. |
