If you are currently in receipt of Housing Benefit and you now or still rent from a Private Landlord/Agent (unless you are a tenant that comes under old rules Private Tenants), we will require a Certificate of Rent form to be completed by you and your landlord.

If you move to a Housing Association property, then we will either need to see your tenancy agreement or have your Housing Association contact us.

If you are moving into a Council property, then you will just need to advise us your new address and date you are moving in.
