The Company will produce a Delivery Plan annually and submit it to the Council. The first Plan must be submitted to the Council within 4 months of the first Board meeting of the Company. The Delivery Plan will be submitted to the Cabinet (which means a copy will go to all Councillors) and it will be published on the INTend website.

The Council and the Company have agreed that the Company will make a statement of performance against its Service Level Agreement with the Council to the Full Council each year starting in 2009. It is anticipated that this report will coincide with the State of Tendring Statement. The details of how this might work are to be determined.

The Company will publish a Director's Annual Report which it is expected will be in June each year (starting in 2009).

Progress on the Council's Regeneration Performance Indicators will be reported to the Cabinet and Corporate Management Committee on a quarterly basis.
