Regeneration Projects
The Regeneration Section of Tendring District
Council focuses on the economic and social regeneration of the
District. It works with a range of partners in both the public and
private sectors to provide a rich environment for investment ,
employment, enterprise and tourism opportunities.
To achieve this Regeneration is currently working on the

Regeneration Statement
A Regeneration Statement has been produced which identifies the
key issues, opportunities and higher level outcomes that the
District will seek to ensure are delivered in the District over the
next 15 years in order to maximise the benefits for all residents.
It reflects the Council's policy of identifying regeneration as its
number one priority.
