Unlicensed Family Entertainment Centres
An Unlicensed Family Entertainment Centre can offer an unlimited
number of Category D gaming machines. You will need to apply for a
permit from your Local Licensing Authority. You do not have to
submit any plans, advertise your intent to licence the premises or
notify the Gambling Commission.
