If you would like to apply to licence a vehicle for the first
time, apply to change the ownership of a currently licensed vehicle
or transfer an existing plate to a different vehicle you can
download the relevant guidance notes and application form by

Forms for vehicle renewal applications are not available online
as these are sent to the licence holder together with an invoice
for the renewal fee one month prior to the current licence expiry
date. Please be aware that forms which are submitted before an
invoice has been issued will not be accepted.
