Fees
Various fees are payable for each type of licence. The licence fees are set by the Government. Download a copy of the list of fees payable. Please make cheques payable to "Tendring District Council".

Review
In addition to any of the Responsible Authorities, any member of the public who lives in the vicinity of a premises or is involved in a business in that vicinity - or someone representing them - may apply for a Premises Licence to be reviewed if there is a breach of one or more of the Licensing Objectives / Conditions and where other existing legislation has not been able to deal with the breach satisfactorily. Guidance and forms are available from the Licensing Section upon request.

An application for Review must be dealt with at a Hearing of one of the Premises / Personal Licence Sub Comittees who have the power to dismiss the complaint, suspend, amend or revoke the Premises Licence.
