An Adult Gaming Centre can offer up to 4 Category B machines and an unlimited number of Category C and D machines. No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to enter an Adult Gaming Centre.

Adult Gaming Centres must have the relevant operating and personal licences from the Gambling Commission and a premises licence from the Licensing Authority.

Applications are usually dealt with within 2 months of receipt of a full application. In very exceptional circumstances the deadline may be required to be extended, you will be notified of the new deadline and the reason for extending it.
