Where do I
report notifiable accidents and incidents
to? |

The Reporting of Injuries,
Diseases and Dangerous Occurrence (RIDDOR) Regulations 1995 require
the reporting of certain incidents to the enforcing authority.
These incidents must be reported via the Incident Contact Centre
based at Caterphilly (telephone number 0845 300 99 23) or you can
also report an incident online via the Health and
Safety Executive (HSE) web site
