Clacton and Tendring 14 - 19 Planning Group Events

For the future prosperity of Tendring it is necessary that businesses can recruit young people who are in the:

Right place as the right time
with the right skills, attitudes
and qualifications to make
good employees.

Strong links between education and business are vital to making this happen.

The Clacton and Tendring 14 - 19 Planning Group would like to invite you to any one of the four events being staged in the District throughout 2008 with the aim of:

- Celebrating existing links.
- Giving feedback on the value of work-based learning for young people.
- Encouraging new partnerships and involvement.
- Providing information on current developments in training and qualifications.

The events will last no longer than an hour and a half at the following venues:-

26 Feb 2008 - Clacton Leisure Centre - 8.30am

11 June 2008 - Frinton Tennis Club - 4.00pm

w/c 13 October 2008 - Cruise Terminal, Harwich International Port - 8.30am

4 December 2008 - Brightlingsea Community Centre
